Every package includes revision rounds (2–5 depending on tier), and we check in early — you see direction before anything is final. We work with you until it fits. To be straight with you: the deposit becomes non-refundable once design work has begun, which is exactly why we start from your brief and show work early.
Yes — ~4, ~7, or ~12 days depending on package, counted from when we have your brief and materials. They’re honest estimates, not guarantees: late content or feedback extends the clock. There’s a 48-hour rush add-on if you’re truly pressed.
No. On full payment the site is yours. Hosting & care plans are optional, cancel anytime — and if you’d rather host it yourself, we hand everything off cleanly.
