Terms of Service.
These terms govern your engagement of Saer (“we,” “us”) to design and build a website. By placing an order or paying a deposit, you agree to them.
1. Services
Saer provides bespoke, done-for-you website design and development on fixed-fee packages (Launch, Studio, Bespoke) plus optional add-ons and monthly Care plans, as described at the time of order.
2. Payment, deposit & balance
Projects are billed 50% as a deposit to reserve your start date and begin design, with the remaining 50% balance due on approval, when your site is ready to launch. The deposit is non-refundable once design work has begun, except where required by law. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
3. Care plans
Care and Care+ are recurring monthly subscriptions billed from launch. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and is not pro-rated.
4. Timeline
Delivery estimates (e.g. “~7 days”) are good-faith estimates from the point we have the materials and feedback we need — not guarantees. Late content or feedback may extend the timeline.
5. Revisions
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds. Additional rounds are available as an add-on or quoted separately.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, the content and assets we request, and timely feedback, and to hold the rights to any materials you supply to us.
7. Intellectual property
On receipt of full payment, ownership of the final delivered website passes to you. We may feature the work in our portfolio unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Warranties & liability
Work is provided on a professional best-effort basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the project.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in effect when you order applies to that order.
