Privacy Policy.

This policy explains what we collect when you start a project with Saer, and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email, business details, your project brief (the answers you provide), and any files you choose to upload. We keep a record of your order and its status.

2. How we use it

We use this information solely to deliver your project, communicate with you, process payments, and provide any Care plan you select. We do not sell your data.

3. Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles them under its own security and privacy standards.

4. Service providers

We share data only with the providers needed to run the service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (secure database + file storage), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data on our behalf.

5. Data retention

We keep order and project records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us.

7. Cookies

The site uses only the cookies necessary to function; we don’t use advertising trackers.
